Plant Administrator - Mississauga
Under the supervision of the Human Resource Manager, perform a variety of administrative duties, including accounts payable and payroll.
A snap shot of some of the exciting things you will lead and do:
Perform accounts payable activities, including day-to-day matching out invoices, preparing reports and passing them on to Head office for payment in a timely manner.
As back-up person for material control data entry for manufacturing departments.
As back-up person for some HR duties for vacation coverage in the HR department.
Enter performance tracking for manufacturing departments on spreadsheets.
Keep tracking inventory of employee supplies and ordering them.
Perform basic application screenings for walk-in production employment enquiries.
Assist in organizing office and plant activities.
Attend to all telephone calls in a timely and professional manner.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail, including courier service.
Ordering of office supplies.
Recognize, support and commit to the facility food safety and quality assurance promise
Sap Indirect Purchaser
Perform other job related tasks as required.
